Bob or Babs

This lovely creature is hanging from under the building of the Museum of Photography in San Diego, California. From a distance, (and from the side) she is one of a dozen or so beautiful women, dangling down from the ornate molding underneath the overhang of the building. However, with a telephoto lens, up close, it appears that the model was a guy named bob, and the artist must have never been privy to mammary glands before, because they look like an afterthought, having been described to the clueless artist over the phone.
