Is that a real photo?
Sorry for questioning, but it does not look quite right to me, love it other wise.
Apologies if I'm wrong.
Or is there another light shinning on them?

@SAM: Hard to fool the eye isn't it? ;) The original background was hideous, and your right, the lighting isn't right. When I swap backgrounds on purpose, I usually make sure the model is lit from the same angle as background, but in this case the horses were shot from the south and of course the sun is setting in the west.

Thanks v much for explaining
Great photo of the horses, my horse is a total pain in the bum to get a good photo of, he either has his head down eating or pulls a really odd face (not even one that sort of works as a photo) or has his eyes closed, though he makes me laugh in the end.
Thanks again

@SAM: All we have to do with ours is show him a cow. He stands as stiff as a board with his ears forward, and he would do so for hours if we didn't move him. Eventually he will probably get used to them (which we a trying to do), but until then we are taking all the pictures that we can. Check out my wifes page at inkspot , she actually is the horse person in the family.
